New Delhi. The world and the nation often witness dramatic political shifts, and these fluctuations are deeply tied to the power of time. Many such incidents happen around us that remind us — nothing is mightier than time.

Today, we bring you one such political moment closely linked with the turning tides of time. This happened back in March 2019, involving a senior leader of the Indian National Congress and former National Coordinator of the Congress Party, Rahul Jogi, who is currently the National President of Hindu Sanatan Vahini.

This event dates back to his visit to Madhya Pradesh, where a local journalist questioned him about the Ram Temple issue. In response, Rahul Jogi said:

“I was born into the Yogi lineage. I am a Hindu first, and then a politician. As far as political labels go — Congress or BJP, all are secondary.”

He went even further:

“The day BJP completes the construction of the Ram Temple, I will renounce Congress and dedicate myself to BJP.”

Did Rahul Jogi know back then that Time would hold him accountable for this bold statement?

Now, as January 22, 2024 approaches — the day of Ram Mandir’s Pran-Pratishtha in Ayodhya — social media and public discourse have sparked a resurging question:

Will Rahul Jogi now stand by his 2019 statement and leave Congress?

The moment has raised serious questions on both his commitment and conviction. While the debate continued to grow, last night, Rahul Jogi reportedly held a long meeting with BJP National Vice President Vinay Sahasrabuddhe at his personal residence.

Sahasrabuddhe, a senior BJP and RSS strategist, is often credited as a behind-the-scenes political mastermind. Notably, his strategy played a key role in bringing Jyotiraditya Scindia into BJP. A few weeks ago, Rahul Jogi was also seen visiting BJP National President J.P. Nadda’s residence, further fueling speculation.

With all these developments, rumors have intensified on social and political platforms:
Is Rahul Jogi preparing to quit Congress and join BJP?
